Highlands Ranch’s only brewery, Grist Brewing Company is located at 9150 Commerce Center Circle, Suite 300. Their location features a taproom with beer that is fresh from the fermenter. Their styles of beer include a variety of popular styles, such as – kolsch, hefeweizen, milk stout, and IPAs, and also a mix of “creative beers” (small batch, seasonal, or one-off beers) such as – a Berliner weisse, s’mores stout, Belgium strong ale, and barley wine. Built over 120 years ago, the Highlands Ranch Mansion is one of the most unique buildings in Colorado and is located at 9950 E Gateway Drive. The mansion is a sprawling 27,000 square feet with 14 bedroom and 11 bathrooms. It is opened year round and and tours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Highlands Ranch Golf Club is located at 9000 Creekside Way and features an 18-hole golf course perfect for all abilities. It is owned and operated by the University of Denver and offers green fee discounts to local residents.

This trendy restaurant features an industrial esthetic to go along with it’s excellent food. Located at 9344 Dorchester Street, its menu is described as “American food with Southwestern soul” and serves lunch and dinner every day.

This isn’t your typical burger joint. Located at Highlands Ranch Town Center, 9344 Dorchester Street, Crave Real Burgers’ menu features your burger staples, as well as more creative (and not-very-waistline-friendly) selection such as the Nutty Professor (burger with peanut butter, bacon, jalapenos, and onions) and the Luther (burger with bacon, cheddar, egg, onion, with 2 glazed donuts as the bun).

3. Egg and I
The Egg and I is a great breakfast spot located at Highlands Ranch Town Center, 9344 Dorchester Street. There menu features American staples such as waffles, pancakes, eggs, and omelettes. They also offer typical lunch fare, such as salad, soup, and sandwiches.
1. Daniels Park
If you are looking for a place to watch the sunset, Daniels Park is the place. Located South of Highlands Ranch and features easy hikes ranging from .2miles to 5.4miles.
Located at 4901 Valleybrook Drive, Paintbrush Park is a great place to kids for playtime and a picnic. It features a playground, restrooms, sports fields and courts, BBQ grill, and picnic tables. You can also reserve the park shelter area online for group parties or activities.
Looking for a place to cool off during warm weather? Chatfield State Park is located at 11500 N. Roxborough Park Road and features a large lake which welcomes boaters of all types. There are also campsites, hiking trails, and horse riding in the park.
